CollectIQ MIS is a cloud reporting and collections tool that works with data exported or synced from your Tally. It produces management reports (outstanding, aging, statements, summaries) and sends payment reminders and statements to your parties on your instruction. It is a reporting layer — your books of account remain in Tally; CollectIQ is not a system of record, a filing service, or a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you push into CollectIQ and for keeping your credentials and connector token private. Data you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to message the parties you contact through CollectIQ and that your use complies with applicable law (including telecom/WhatsApp business messaging rules).
New accounts include a free trial. We may apply reasonable limits (companies, messages, storage) per plan and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or send unlawful messages.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions taken on reports — please verify figures against your books.
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
