Account data: your name, business name, email address, and WhatsApp mobile number, collected when you register. Business books data: ledgers, vouchers, bills, and party contact details that you (or the Tally connector you install) push into CollectIQ. This data belongs to your business — we process it only to provide the service to you.
To operate your account (sign-in codes, receipts of activity), compute your reports (outstanding, aging, GST summaries), and send messages you initiate or schedule (payment reminders and statements to your parties on WhatsApp/email). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your books data for advertising.
Messages you send are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our email (SMTP) provider; the message content necessarily passes to them for delivery. Our application is hosted with our hosting provider in a secured environment. We share data with no one else except where the law requires.
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords and sign-in codes are stored hashed. Each business has an isolated tenant and a private connector token, which you can regenerate at any time. Access by our platform administrators is logged.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing from your registered email; deletion is completed within 30 days, subject to records we must keep under law.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for optional communications. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
